FYI
Harvard researchers found that to maintain optimal wellness, adults should walk for 30 to 45 minutes nearly every day. You can do it all at once or in chunks as short as five to 10 minutes.
Easygoing staples made
for work or relaxation
If you’re like me, you are simultaneously sick of hanging around the house but also incredibly used to this new pace of life. I don't always enjoy taking all my meetings via Zoom or Google, but I like the fact that I can slap on some eye patches just before—no questions asked—in order to look my best. I'm also a big believer in getting dressed for the day to be my most productive. But that doesn't mean you have to be uncomfortable. Thankfully, the most relaxed staples, from cotton sweatshirts and drawstring pants, can be incredibly stylish if you buy them from the right brands. And a well-chosen T-shirt makes for a smart conversation starter that also supports a worthy cause. And, the fact that you never have to take off your slippers, well, that's a real win.
