A suede bomber jacket is a serious expense. But if you want to dip your toe in with little commitment, or if you're staying clear of animal products for moral or ethical reasons, Banana Republic's outlet store sells a seriously impressive “vegan” suede jacket. The brushed fabric gives you the soft, sumptuous look and luxurious feel of suede, but it's lighter and a whole lot more affordable. It's finished with classic details like a knit collar and cuffs, but it tends to run a tad small, so consider sizing up if you're in between sizes or plan on throwing this over sweaters.

What does “preppy” smell like? If you ask Jack Carlson, the founder of Rowing Blazers, he might tell you it smells like sweet spice and a touch of tobacco. Because that's what the brand's candle smells like. It's part of Rowing Blazer's highly-anticipated Target collection that just dropped. Much of the clothing sold out almost immediately, but a lot of unexpected gear—from ping pong tables and water bottles to candles—are still available for purchase. But you'd better move fast.

It's like a vintage sweater ... only better. Adium's Fall '23 collection is inspired by the ritual (and the challenges) of the daily commute. According founder and designer Pete Macnee, the line is “refined and high performing while maintaining a casual appearance so that it can be worn everyday.” Our favorite of the collection has to be this flecked stripe sweater. Constructed from 100% recycled extrafine Merino wool, it's got the appearance of a vintage donnegal wool sweater, only it's a whole lot softer and easier to wear.

For as much as he's known for his larger-than-life sculptures, Daniel Arsham is also one hell of a sketch artist. And since the globetrotting artist is always jetting off to some new location for an exhibit or event, he spends a lot of time in hotels. His new book, 100 Hotel Sketches, is just that—drawings made on hotel room stationary that Arsham made over the last few years during his travels.

Don't let this shirt confuse you. Is it sweatshirt? An overshirt? The ideal layer for transitional weather? Yes. Yes, to all three. Wythe is a brand that does an amazing job of updating vintage styles unearthed from decades ago. For this half-zip sweatshirt, they added a deeper zipper and then classic overshirt details—from buttoned cuffs on the sleeves and a generous collar to button-closure chest pockets with the brand's signature acorn flap. Plus, the whole thing is cut from a super-soft cotton fleece for ultimate cool-weather comfort.
