The Smoky Margarita
Of all the interpretations of the classic cocktail, this is our new favorite
You don't have to burn applewood chips at 600 degrees for 35 minutes to get a delicious, refreshing smoky margarita. Just a splash of some good Scotch whiskey and a top-shelf tequila will do the trick. Esquire put us onto the idea, adding that the peated Scotch adds "a controlled level of smoke that won't drown out the tequila." Of all the interpretations of the classic cocktail, this is our new favorite.
