Irishman Aidan Gill is bringing back the barbershop. The bowtied barber will tell you all about barbers' roots as surgeons and the origins of the barber pole. He'll also tell you about how to get the proper shave, and offers several options for receiving one in his establishment, most notably the "Shave at the End of the Galaxy." If you're in New Orleans and could use a shave and a haircut, it's worth checking out. It's a bit more than two cents, but quality does have its price.
