    New York-based Humberto Leon and Carol Lim shine a spotlight on fresh, young American designers, but are also globally-minded people. OC pits American fashion talent against a variety of countries, creating fun, stylish rivalries. As the brand grew and expanded to LA, the retailer became known for its collaborations, whether with actress Chloe Sevigny, American woolen mill Pendleton, along with a variety of other brands. If it's fashionable, quirky and weird enough to get you noticed, it's probably at Opening Ceremony.
